  2. The supplier undertakes to comply with the environmental requirements required by DINALAGER and specified in the orders.<\/li>\n
  3. The supplier undertakes to comply with environmental legislation regarding waste management.<\/li>\n
  4. Atmospheric emissions and noise produced by its activities may not exceed the levels permitted by applicable legislation.<\/li>\n
  5. Wastewater spills may not exceed the levels permitted by applicable legislation.<\/li>\n
  6. Subcontracted companies that carry out tasks within DINALAGER's facilities undertake to remove the waste generated and to comply with DINALAGER's Good Environmental Practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
