SUPPLIER, EXTERNAL COLLABORATORS AND SUBCONTRACTED COMPANIES RULES

1. The supplier undertakes to minimize any environmental impact associated with its activity.
2. The supplier undertakes to comply with the environmental requirements required by DINALAGER and specified in the orders.
3. The supplier undertakes to comply with environmental legislation regarding waste management.
4. Atmospheric emissions and noise produced by its activities may not exceed the levels permitted by applicable legislation.
5. Wastewater spills may not exceed the levels permitted by applicable legislation.
6. Subcontracted companies that carry out tasks within DINALAGER's facilities undertake to remove the waste generated and to comply with DINALAGER's Good Environmental Practices.
